RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Eyelation® Precision Safety Eyewear

High-stakes work requires flawless vision and zero distractions. At Eyelation®, we stand behind the durability and optical accuracy of our precision safety eyewear. All warranty claims and returns are processed through a formal quality-review inspection to ensure absolute compliance with our safety standards.

1. THE 30-DAY FIT & SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

We want to ensure your custom frames and lenses are perfectly comfortable on the job site. Eyelation offers a 30-Day Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy on all prescription and non-prescription safety eyewear purchases.

To ensure you have ample time to verify your fit, the 30-day evaluation window begins on the day your product is delivered, not the day it is ordered.

Exchanges & Fittings

During this 30-day window, we honor a one-time product return at Eyelation’s expense for a precision adjustment, frame exchange, or alternative sizing. For all product exchanges:

1 A full credit will be issued for your returned pair.

2 A new order will be generated for your custom replacement pair.

3 Any financial balance or credit will be automatically adjusted and billed or refunded to the customer accordingly.

Refund Policy

If you choose to return your eyewear for a full refund within the 30-day window, the items must first be shipped back to our facility for evaluation:

Inspection & Approval: Once our laboratory team receives and inspects your return, we will immediately notify you of your approval status.

Processing Timeline: Approved refunds are automatically issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please note that banking institutions and credit card companies may require additional processing time to post the credit to your account.

Support Follow-Up: If more than 10 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your credit, please contact us at questions@eyelation.com.

Note: Product returns received outside of the standard 30-day delivery window are strictly ineligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

2. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

To ensure a seamless, hassle-free return process, follow these steps:

1 Contact Support: Reach out to the Eyelation Support Team within 30 days of delivery via email at questions@eyelation.com or call 1-888-308-4703 (Available Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST).

2 Receive Your Prepaid Return Label: Our team will instantly generate and email you a prepaid, trackable return shipping label.

3 Send Your Package: Print the label, secure it to your return box, and drop it in the mail.

3. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains an incorrect prescription or frame style, we will fast-track your replacement. Contact our support team immediately at questions@eyelation.com or 1-888-308-4703. We will issue an immediate, free prepaid shipping label to pull the item back to our labs and prioritize production on your correct specifications.

4. 1-YEAR INDUSTRIAL WARRANTY POLICY

Our products are engineered for rugged environments, and we protect your investment with structural warranties built for the workforce.

1-Year Structural Frame Warranty

All Eyelation ANSI Z87+ safety frames carry a 1-year warranty against breakage caused by standard operational wear and tear.

Coverage: Within 12 months of delivery, if your frame suffers structural failure under normal working conditions, you may send the product back to our facility (at the customer's shipping expense) for a one-time, no-cost frame replacement.

Discretion: Eyelation retains sole discretion to determine if frame damage is the result of normal operational wear or intentional abuse.

Exclusion: Replacement frames—whether purchased independently or issued under a warranty claim—do not carry a new warranty period.

1-Year Ultra-Hard Coated Lens Warranty

Lenses engineered and purchased with our premium Ultra-Hard Coating applications (including Anti-Fog with Ultra-Hard Coating, Standard Ultra-Hard Coating, and Blue Light Protection with Ultra-Hard Coating) include a one-year, one-time warranty replacement against structural breakage and major operational scratches.

Coverage: If your coated lenses suffer major surface or structural damage within 12 months of delivery, you may return the eyewear to our labs (at the customer's shipping expense) for a one-time set of replacement lenses at no cost.

 ⚠️ CRITICAL CARE EXCLUSION: This lens warranty is immediately voided if any paper cleaning products, harsh industrial solvents, ammonia, or ammonia-based consumer glass cleaners (such as Windex) have been applied to the lenses. Safety lenses must only be cleaned with approved microfiber cloths and specialized optical lens sprays. Eyelation retains sole discretion over warranty coverage determinations upon lab inspection.
